• What if I don’t tick the “Add Digital Wallet” box when creating a customer profile?
    • This means no wallet will be created for collections for your customers. You can always edit the Customer profile later and Add a Wallet.

  • What if I want to create multiple Customer accounts?
    • Click on Bulk Upload beside the Customer information box and follow the instructions.

  • Can I edit a customer profile?
    • Yes. Click on the particular customer profile you want to edit, then click on edit next to their name to update their information.
