• Can I edit an approval Policy?

    • Yes you can. To edit a policy, simply navigate to the desired policy and click on the triple-dot icon under the "Action" section to select edit policy.

  • Can the business owner be an approver?

    • Yes, the business owner can be selected as an approver when creating a payout policy.

  • What happens when I deactivate a policy and then reactivate it again?

    • Deactivating a policy suspends the workflow for all amounts attached to that policy. However, upon reactivation, the workflow will be re-instated for all future amounts associated with the policy.

  • Can I have multiple roles assigned to a user?

    • To give an extra role to an existing team member, simply click on the three dots next to their name and select "edit team member".

  • I want to change my phone-number assigned to my profile

  • How would I know a payout that has approvers assigned?

    • You’ll get a success page like the one below;


  • How do I know when my payment has been partly or fully approved?

    • You can check the status of a transaction by clicking on it and then selecting "Approvers". If the transaction has been partially approved, you will see it. If it has been fully approved, payment is automatically processed.

  • What happens when the Any selected approver can complete workflow box is ticked?
    • If you tick the box that says ‘Any selected approver can complete workflow’, it means that the payment would not need to move in a hierarchical order through approvals anymore, once any of the selected approves the payment the workflow will be completed and the payment can go through for processing.

  • Can I add my existing team members to the Workflow?
    • Yes, you can, however, you will need to ensure they have the expected roles for the workflow i.e. Initiator or approver.
