Introduction
We’re excited to announce a new feature that allows businesses to easily transfer funds from one business account to another sub-business account within the same organization. This streamlined process makes managing finances across different entities in your business ecosystem more efficient and hassle-free.
Let’s Dive in!
Please note these transfers can only be made between businesses and sub-businesses within the same parent organization. Transfers to external or unrelated business accounts will be considered later.
To begin
- Log into the Merchant Dashboard as a Business owner or admin
- Click on the Business menu
- Click on Business transfer as shown below:
- Input the amount you want to transfer, the business performing the transfer is pre-selected, select the business you want to transfer to. As shown below:
- Click on Transfer funds.
Awesome, you have successfully transferred funds to a sub-business. You should see the transaction record under the transactions menu.
